Architecture checks

I think that agents should be better coders than me. They can write effortlessly and can iterate on a minor issue long after the point at which I would get exhausted. To accomplish this my largest and most complex repo is an architecture and code verification tool that ensures that agents are following consistent code architecture across all my repositories.

I lean heavily on Effect.ts for its various features and syntax sugar for common problems. I enforce a very verbose coding style making sure that agents test and enumerate many failure conditions.
